Another week, or two

No post last week, though we did receive some pictures which we have included below.

Someone posted that it took five sessions, but the entire mission went to the temple last week. That is part of the reason Elder Hall did not write an email to his group last week. He offers details in his email this week.

I didn’t forget to write last week, I promise. I got busy, because As a mission we went to the Temple. It was a great, very spiritual experience. I love the Temple, it truly is the House of the Lord. Afterwards that trip last week we had devotional as a mission and the first ever joint meeting with service missionaries serving in the area. It was great.

I heard in a video something about Utah and Temples.

Isaiah 2:2
And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. Utah wasn’t originally going to be called so, it was proposed as Deseret, but a senator didn’t like Mormons so he had them change it to Utah after the Ute tribe. Utah means top of the mountains. And temples are the lords mountains as spoken of many times in the scriptures.
