Good news from some folks who have not been to church for years. Transfers are this week. And where we can find true happiness.

Subject: Oh, How Merciful Is Our God!

Hey everybody! This past week has been good! We are still looking for investigators. We had a good lesson with a family in the Country Oaks ward. They haven’t been coming to church for a few years and they promised they would now!
Transfer are this week! We will probably be finding out tonight or tomorrow if we will stay and stuff. I won’t be surprised if I stay and if Elder Blaylock does too. We’ll see.
We have Elder Hughes with us until transfers. His companion, Elder Ribeiro went home this morning, his 2 years were up.

15 Oh, how merciful is our God! And now behold, since it has been as much as we could do to get our stains taken away from us, and our swords are made bright, let us hide them away that they may be kept bright, as a testimony to our God at the last day, or at the day that we shall be brought to stand before him to be judged, that we have not stained our swords in the blood of our brethren since he imparted his word unto us and has made us clean thereby.

I know that as we “hide” things away to God, and keep his commandments that is where we will find true happiness.
